  Incident customer calls manager is required to manage a team of around 12-15 customer call allocators ensuring that all incidents are logged and resolved within client's SLA's without fail. You will need to have a background in; performance management, Disciplinary, Rota's, Sickness and coaching and supporting team members (motivation) to achieve goals. This is a critical role within my customer's team and you will need to demonstrate achievement in all of these areas. Basic salary is c£35,000 + benefits and a working knowledge of ITIL foundation would be highly advantageous.
